This is an in person healing session for you and up to 3 friends! If you love, or have wanted to try Yoga Nidra, I invite you to try out my "Yogic Vision Quest" where you go on your own inner shamanic journey and explore waking dream time as well as safely exploring your astral body. My Yogic Vision Quests are a deeply restorative practice.

What is a Yogic Vision Quest?

A guided Yogic Vision Quest is similar to a Yoga Nidra practice, however we go much deeper.

I weave my knowledge of who we are, as described in the Vedas and Bhagavad Gita, my yoga trainings and my energetic work into this guided journey. 

I create a space for you to feel your subtle body and energetic undercurrents in a meaningful and helpful way. 

Just like my yoga classes are focused on creating a safe space for trust so that a deeper relaxation and relationship with yourself can blossom, you have this space with me to create this in a new way - and you also cultivate a deep and meaningful relationship with your body, mind and spiritual self.

What to Expect in a Yogic Vision Quest with Erin:

This healing session is great for both beginners and experienced Yogis.

We will begin with a gentle yoga warm up. 

Followed by a short bathroom break and time to create a cozy set up for your Guided Vision Quest. 

Then we will journey into our Guided Yogic Vision Quest.

And we will complete our session together with an opportunity to share your experience and ask me any questions you may have. If you do not wish to share, or do not have any questions, we will end with a pranayama breathing practice. 

How to Prepare for our Session together:

Wear comfortable and cozy clothing. You may get cold during the Vision Quest so I recommend having a sweater and socks near by.

A Yoga Mat.

A blanket (or two).

Pillows or cushions for support.

It's always nice to have a comforting drink after the session. I recommend getting this ready before the session so it's easy to prepare afterwards and you can stay in your relaxed and cozy mode.
