What to Expect in a Healing Session with Erin:

In this 1-hour in person energy healing session I will deeply listen to your energetic body and provide space and meaningful solutions for healing.

Every healing session is unique to the individual and your needs, however each session will include a unique "recipe" of the following energetic assessment and healing:

- How you inhabit your body energetically, balancing the flow throughout your system, increasing flow where you may be "shut down" or "shut out",
- Connection to ground and the earth, feel and allow her to support you, ie. sinking in, feeling held,
- Chakra blocks in your system,
- Important bones including your sacred sacrum, special spine, and beloved cranium, among others.

You will leave our session feeling increased balance and flow throughout your system and meaningful action steps to help you feel better going forward.

How to Prepare for our session together:

Prior to our session, choose an intention for our time together. Once you book your session I will send you an email with more helpful information on intention setting.

To make the most of our session together, I recommend you wear loose and comfortable clothing.

There is no additional preparation required. You can trust that what you need most will be delivered in our session together, no matter how "prepared" or not you are!
